Monastiraki is one of the oldest and most popular districts of Athens.
The beautiful neoclassical building hosting Asty Luxury Apartments was constructed in 1934 and renovated in 2020. The traditional balconies with their characteristic pre-war balustrades, a hallmark of Athenian urban buildings, along with the interior architecture and layout of the property, are typical examples of the city's architecture during the Neoclassical Era.

Nowadays, the charming building comprises three luxury apartments, as well as a spacious welcome room where, upon arrival, our guests are informed about their stay, our services, details about the city, and anything else they may need to make their sojourn unforgettable.

Each of our three luxury apartments in Athens is fully equipped with a 55-inch HD TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, spacious wardrobes, a kitchen, appliances, and everything that makes an apartment functional.
The welcome hall offers a laptop with internet access, a photocopier, a flatscreen TV, a bathroom, and of course, fresh coffee to start the day.

At Asty Luxury Apartments, check-in is at 14:00 and check out is at 11:00; access to the accommodation cannot be granted before and after those times. However, our guests are free to arrive and leave at any time suitable to their itinerary and make use of the lobby to have coffee, relax, work, or drop off their luggage and enjoy the day outdoors while our professional staff prepare their apartment.

Even though Asty Luxury Apartments is situated in Monastiraki, within walking distance to the metro and the most popular hot spots of Athens, it is worth noting that the historical building is located on a peaceful and quiet street, away from traffic and crowds.
