We have the pleasure to offer you a complimentary walking tour of Athens, where you’ll get the chance to experience the first taste of Athens and dive into the Greek way of life!

Take part in this incredible 2-hours morning walking tour (provided in English & French language) and this extraordinary opportunity to admire the main monuments of Athens in a new light. Step back in time to discover and literally visualize, how Athens became one of the greatest cities of the ancient world, the Cradle of Western Civilization.

The highlights of this unique experience include:

 Plaka: known as the “Old Town” and basically the buzzing heart of the capital. This little “gem” was built around the ruins of the ancient agora, it is one of the oldest residential areas of the city. Get lost in the narrow streets of this neighborhood and enjoy the lively atmosphere of its various open-air cafes and traditional Greek tavernas.

 Acropolis: Undeniably the city's most iconic treasure! Millions of visitors come to Athens every year, to pay a visit to this UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the most important monuments with its ancient Parthenon.

 Syntagma: The heart of life in Athens, hosting the Greek Parliament (where you’ll be able to witness the exchange of the Royal Guards – “Evzones”) the Monument to the Unknown Soldier and if you’re a shopping maniac, the gate to the capital’s main shopping pedestrian street (Ermou).

 Panepistimou & Omonia Square: We will pass by 3 of the most classical buildings of the city in the Panepistimou area: the Academy of Arts, the University, and the National Library. Our stroll continues and carries on towards Athens’s 2nd main square “Place de la Concorde” (locally known as Omonia).

During the tour, you’ll get the chance to get immersed in the flavors of traditional Greek coffee and some known local pastries.

* The above “real-live-experience” is provided free-of-charge for guests with a reservation period of six (6) nights or more in our property; however, it can also be purchased by guests with a reservation period inferior to the period mentioned above.
